Let’s see… I’m assuming it’s the top 5 items I get the most, so I’d say:
- Salmon
- Broccoli
- Eggs
- Beans
- Yogurt
I eat a crazy amount of salmon, and some might mistake me for an actual bear, but I love how I can never get tired of this protein. I usually eat it with broccoli on the side, and I’ll happily eat this combo forever if it’s the only thing I can eat for the rest of my life. Eggs are basic and versatile, I always make sure to pick those up from the store, and beans are delicious. As for the yogurt, I like greek yogurt, though I kinda also lump kefir into the category. It’s the best.
